80% is view by purchase only. Which is said because I can view US Census for free online, but this app makes you pay. Useless app.!!!

I subscribed to this service for 5 years. My site had about 400 visits over all that time, mostly people just looking to copy my research. My premium subscription expired and I do not wish to renew. It seems I can no longer view my data without renewing.

What a rip off! A HUGE list of charges to access this site appear after it is downloaded.

Downloaded on my iPad and it wont open. Keeps saying, error while opening. Discarded and downloaded twice more with the same results.

Dont waist your money. Paid $179.00 and the app keeps going back to upgrade window. Wont go any further. Emailed for help twice and gave them my phone number. Havent heard back.

As far as apps go I feel like this is pretty simple to use, the one bug I keep encountering however, I try to upload pictures and it just gives an error message. I tried uploading one pic at a time, and it doesnt give an error message but it doesnt upload the picture either. If I must upload pics I will simply do so from my laptop, but Im sure over time the developers will work out the bugs.

This app is not ready for prime time. It chokes more than it does anything else. Riddled with bugs. Apple: do your homework.

Once I took the time to get to know how this all works, I have been amazed at what I found. I called customer service once and they helped me immediately. I highly recommend this app.

I have tried several times to sign on and it keeps telling error try later. Did that and still doesnt work.

My Heritage has done so much more than Ancestry. I wish I wouldnt have renewed with Ancestry. My Heritage has given me more in just a couple of months than Ancestry has in an entire year. All Ancestry wants to do is sell you more crap you dont need. Thanks My Heritage. Larry Beierle

I spent a lot of time putting in information. Now all the data and photos are gone. Tried to log on from other machines still nothing. I sent messages over a month ago with no response. The customer will only let you ask canned questions. I would not recommend this app.

Only one day into using, getting used to the difference from ancestry. I like it.

Irreplaceable!

My grandmother knew nothing of her maternal side of the familys ancestry... But MyHeritage.com made a smart match and connected us back eleven generations within two hours! And I double-checked the information with several official records—It was all true. A super helpful application, far better than Ancestry.com. I would totally recommend. (:
